Production and Promotion

I've mentioned before the two major areas a Podcast Manager can help you with: podcast production and podcast promotion.

In this episode, I dig into what's involved in each one.

Production = getting the episode together, involving

• audio editing
• composition: adding music, an intro, an outro, ads, etc...
• adding a description and possible show notes
• SEO research

Promotion = putting your show "out there", involving

• graphics (show graphics, episodes graphics/Pins)
• pulling out pithy quotes or other content for social media
• optionally adding your episode to YouTube
